Alan R.Brown – Board Member 2009 – 2012

Alan R.Brown is Principle Manager of Systems Engineering and Integration for the Integrated Defense Systems, a business unit of the Boeing Company. He manages the IDS-wide initiatives for the 6,000 person Systems Engineering Function, to include: Skills Management; Training; Best Practices; Common Processes, Systems and Command Media; and Technology Integration. Prior to this, he was manager of Systems Engineering and Integration for the Boeing Saint Louis Production Aircraft programs.

About the NDIA STL

NDIA St Louis was instituted in January 1928 when the organization was still the Army Ordnance Association and remained an active partner through the 1990s. It was reformed 81 years later in January 2009 based on the recognition of the growth of the “industrial base”, the defense and homeland security industries in Missouri.
