Keith Guller serves as Chief Executive Officer of Essex Industries, Inc. located in St. Louis, Missouri. Essex Industries is a flexible organization of fifteen distinct companies with the ability to design, engineer, develop, manufacture, test and quality-inspect a variety of vital components for the military, aerospace, commercial, private, and sport aircraft, construction equipment, fluid power, emergency medical, home health care, automotive and general industries.
Keith Guller is member of numerous civic boards, committees, and professional memberships.
Keith did his undergraduate degree in Economics at the University of Missouri, St. Louis in 1976, and completed his Executive Masters of Business Administration from Washington University in May 1989.

Stephen A. Hutti – Vice President

Stephen Hutti
Mr. Stephen A. Hutti is Program Manager for the Tactical Aircraft & Weapons Support (TA&WS) Ground Support Equipment (GSE). Mr. Hutti is responsible for Boeing’s GSE business.
Mr. Hutti holds both Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisville.
Mr. Hutti has been the recipient of various awards from Boeing including 2004 Aerospace Support ATLAS Achievement Team Award. In May 1996, Mr. Hutti was named the Outstanding Professional Engineer in Industry by the St. Louis Chapter of the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers (MSPE). In 2009, Mr. Hutti was named Engineer of the Year by the St. Louis Chapter of the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers (MSPE). Mr. Hutti is a licensed Professional Engineer in Missouri and is a Past President of the St. Louis Chapter of MSPE. Mr. Hutti is the Focal for NSPE as part of Boeing’s External Technical Affiliations. Mr. Hutti serves on the Executive Board for NSPE-PEI. Mr. Mr. Hutti has served on the National Industrial Association (NDIA) Systems Engineering Committee and Integrated Diagnostics Subcommittee. Stephen H. Tupper – Secretary

Steve Tupper
Stephen (Steve) H. Tupper serves as the liaison from Missouri University of Science and Technology to Fort Leonard Wood covering a range of University missions in education, research, economic development and service. Steve is a 1977 graduate of West Point and retired from the US Army Corps of Engineers in 2003 as a lieutenant colonel. Wm Roger Gunter – Treasurer

Roger Gunter
Mr. W. Roger Gunter is Executive Director for the Learning & Human Performance Capability for Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC). His office is at Fort Leonard Wood Missouri. Roger is a graduate of Southern Illinois University Carbondale and is retired from the United States Army. He joined CTC in 2001and served in many leadership and management roles.
William (Bill) L. McCoy Board Member 2010 – 2013

Bill McCoy is Principal of Xaxax Consulting and is a registered lobbyist in Washington, DC and Jefferson City, Missouri. Bill has extensive in national security experience having served in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Army Staff, Central Intelligence Agency, Counterintelligence Field Activity, and with Lockheed Martin Integration Technology in various role including Army officer, government civilian, and contractor. Prior to forming Xaxax Consulting he served as Manager, Industry and International Group, Missouri Department of Economic Development. His international experience includes work in Asia, Africa, the Balkans, and Russia. Bill has been in two terrorist incidents including the Pentagon on September 11, 2001.
Bill’s achievements include MBA, MA, and BS degrees. He is a 1999 graduate of the Army War College, serving as class vice president. He is registered in Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals (2006-7); is a member of Pi Sigma Alpha (National Honor Society), and was inducted into the Bolivar, Missouri High School Hall of Fame. His military decorations include the Legion of Merit among numerous others.
Mr. McCoy is married to the former Ilene Eickmeyer of St. Louis, a teacher whose experience includes public, private, and embassy schools. They have one son, Travis, who is a member of the Virginia Bar and is an attorney and lobbyist in Virginia.
George D. Tomazi – Board Member 2010 – 2013
George D. Tomazi, PE was treasurer of the St. Louis Chapter of NDIA for many years and now serves as the director with the institutional history. He retired from Mallinckrodt Inc. as Director-Design and Construction and as a senior project manager. He has been active in The Engineers Club of St.Louis, Missouri Society of Professional Engineers, Academy of Science of St. Louis, Humane Society of Missouri, Covenant House Missouri and Boy Scouts of America. He is a graduate of Missouri University of Science and Technology and St.Louis University. He also served two years active duty in the Army Corps of Engineers.
Mr. Tomazi is active in the chapter’s programs and nominating committees.
Roberta (Bobbi) E. Lenczowski – Board Member 2009 – 2012

Bobbi Lenczowski
Roberta Lenczowski is sole proprietor of her own small business, as a geospatial information-intelligence consultant. She retired from the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) on29 April 2005, as the agency’s senior executive director of its St. Louis facility and operations. Prior to that, Ms. Lenczowski served as NGA’s Technical Executive for three years while in Washington, D.C.
In addition to consultancy agreements with other companies, through her small business as well as Burdeshaw Associates, she is currently a member of the Board of Directors for TechniGraphics, GeoEye, Fugro Earth Data Inc, and the Leonard Wood Institute and supports the Academic Advisory Group of Sanborn.
Ms. Lenczowski has served on several national advisory groups and study teams. In the early 90’s,she represented DOD on the Board of Directors of the National Center for Geographic Information and Analysis, a consortium of three universities funded under a National Science Foundation grant to establish and to support the national research agenda for geospatial studies. Before leaving Washington in 2004, she was appointed a member of the Department of Commerce’s federal advisory committee (FACA) on commercial remote sensing and in 2006 completed her term as a member of the Department of Interior’s FACA on archiving remotely sensed imagery. She served as a board member for the Security Affairs Support Association through June 2005.
In addition to NDIA, she actively participates in other professional organizations. She recently completed her term at president of the St. Louis Region of the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS). She is a member of the US Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF) and the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC).
Ms Lenczowski holds degrees from Creighton University, St. Louis University, and Washington University.

Ms. Ruth Ahlemeier is Chief Executive Officer of OEM Logistics.
OEM Logistics is an industrial distributor focusing on custom sourcing solutions with suppliers that manufacture metal components and assemblies to meet customer specifications. Design/Build is also available. All suppliers are ISO 9001, TS 16949 or AS 9100 certified and experienced in the Heavy Equipment, Aerospace and Defense markets.
Custom components for sale include but are not limited to precision gears, machining and metal forming. Design/Build items include circuit boards, fluid management systems (diesel, hydraulic, oil) electric fans, electric water pumps, electric oil pumps, thermal kits and oil management systems.
Alan R.Brown – Board Member 2009 – 2012
Alan R.Brown is Principle Manager of Systems Engineering and Integration for the Integrated Defense Systems, a business unit of the Boeing Company. He manages the IDS-wide initiatives for the 6,000 person Systems Engineering Function, to include: Skills Management; Training; Best Practices; Common Processes, Systems and Command Media; and Technology Integration. Prior to this, he was manager of Systems Engineering and Integration for the Boeing Saint Louis Production Aircraft programs.
Joseph L. Driskill – Board Member 2009-2012

Joe Driskill
Joseph L. (Joe) Driskill is Executive Director of the Leonard Wood Institute (LWI), a Missouri-based 501(c) (3) non-profit, public purpose research organization focused on the fulfilling the technology needs of the U.S. Army at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.
LWI’s purpose is to increase the capabilities of Missouri businesses, universities and research organizations to provide technology-related products or services to the Army, the result of which is a stronger technology base in Missouri for meeting military technology requirements and a more vibrant economy in the region and state.
